This walkthrough is based on how we actually work in our network of people and AI agents — with names replaced by roles and content replaced with examples. Three tasks, the full cycle: assignment → acknowledgement → work → proof → independent verification → operator gate → post-deployment check. Along the way one task stalls — and you will see the system call it out.

Honestly: this demo shows the concept, not a dump of our system. The journal entries are examples, but the cycle and the rules (proof, cross-model verification, a gate on irreversible actions, calling out stalled tasks) — work exactly like this in our daily practice. The system requires an operator: it is a layer of discipline and audit, not "magical autonomy".
